Day 1: 30 March, 2026

The first day will feature a Science–Policy Dialogue that convenes senior leaders and experts from science, policy, finance, and implementation communities to take stock of methane science and policy and to shape priorities for action through 2030 and beyond.

Days 2 - 3: 31 March - 1 April, 2026

Days 2 and 3 will feature a Science to Action Conference that brings together leading researchers, policymakers, multilateral institutions, journalists, and technology developers to advance a shared understanding of the global methane budget and its transformation under human influence. 

Days 4: 2 April, 2026

On the final day, there will be a field visit to the Angera marshes near where methane was first discovered by Alessandro Volta in 1776. Space is limited. Please sign up in advance.
