The conference will look to build on the scientific accomplishments up to the present to chart a path for methane's future.

This conference will bring together leading scientists and policy makers to highlight the latest science on methane emission, monitoring and solutions—and the policy and technology steps needed to rapidly cut methane emissions. 

 

Outcomes may include a new ‘science to action’ coalition and a special journal article collection with a focus on methane policy for Frontiers in Climate and methane science for AGU Journals.
